MECM Support Engineer

Newmark is seeking an MECM Support Engineer to support and maintain the firm's Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) platform, with a primary focus on the server estate. This role is centred on day-to-day MECM support for Windows servers — patch deployment, compliance reporting, and client health troubleshooting — helping keep the firm's server infrastructure secure, compliant, and up to date. The successful candidate will work closely with Infrastructure and Security teams, providing reliable operational support and clear, actionable compliance reporting for stakeholders.

This is a hands-on support role for someone who is comfortable working within established MECM processes — deploying, patching, monitoring, and reporting across the server environment — and who takes pride in keeping the platform running smoothly day to day in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits for issues related to Microsoft Azure services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as Active Directory, SCCM, Windows Administration, and PowerShell Scripting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Document all interactions with customers in a timely manner using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including patch management and automation features.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Powershell scripting.
• Experience working with Active Directory and familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
