About Beautiful Skin Denver
Beautiful Skin Denver is an esthetician-owned medical spa with two locations in Denver's LoHi neighborhood and Boulder, Colorado. We specialize in education-first, results-driven aesthetic care, offering advanced skincare, laser treatments, injectables, and regenerative aesthetic services.
Our approach focuses on personalized treatment plans, natural-looking results, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
As we continue to grow across both locations, we're looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven Client Experience Manager who will play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting our providers, developing community partnerships, and driving new-client and membership growth.
About the Role
This is more than a traditional front-desk position.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates exceptionally well, enjoys building relationships, and understands how an outstanding client experience contributes to business growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and motivated by measurable results. You'll take ownership of the client journey, from the first inquiry through booking, treatment preparation, follow-up, and long-term retention.
You'll also play an important role in optimizing provider schedules, managing potential client leads, increasing memberships, and coordinating community events and business partnerships to support growth across both locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Front Desk Management
- Manage incoming phone calls, texts, emails, online inquiries, and client communications with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Deliver a warm, welcoming, and elevated client experience from check-in through checkout.
- Maintain accurate client records, scheduling information, and membership details.
- Become knowledgeable about our treatments, providers, skincare products, memberships, promotions, and policies to confidently guide clients.
- Resolve client questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow-through.
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and polished front-desk environment.
Lead Management & Client Follow-Up
- Manage and maintain the new-client lead pipeline, ensuring all inquiries are documented and consistently followed up.
- Proactively communicate with prospective clients through phone calls, texts, and emails to encourage consultations and bookings.
- Maintain organized lead tracking and follow-up processes so potential clients do not fall through the cracks.
- Identify opportunities to reconnect with existing clients and encourage appropriate future treatments.
- Take ownership of lead follow-through rather than waiting for clients to initiate contact.
Provider Schedule Optimization
- Proactively review provider schedules to identify appointment gaps and opportunities.
- Conduct targeted outreach to existing and prospective clients to help fill available appointments.
- Maintain communication with providers regarding openings, cancellations, and scheduling opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve provider utilization and minimize unfilled appointment times.
Membership Growth & Client Retention
- Educate clients on Beautiful Skin Denver's membership programs and benefits.
- Identify opportunities to recommend memberships based on client goals and treatment plans.
- Follow up with prospective members and support enrollment.
- Maintain accurate membership records and assist with membership questions and account management.
- Build strong client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
Community Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and develop relationships with complementary businesses, apartment communities, fitness studios, and other local organizations.
- Coordinate B2B events, community partnerships, pop-ups, and referral opportunities in Denver and Boulder.
- Work closely with our providers to coordinate monthly community events and outreach initiatives.
- Help increase local brand awareness, generate new-client opportunities, and strengthen our presence in both markets.
- Track partnership activity, event outcomes, and new-client opportunities.
Client Treatment Preparation & Support
- Capture standardized before-and-after client photographs, ensuring consistent positioning, lighting, and documentation.
- Assist with client treatment preparation based on the scheduled service and BSD protocol, including cleansing the treatment area and applying topical numbing per protocol.
- Provide treatment-room and post-treatment support, including client cool-down and cooling the treatment area when appropriate per BSD protocol.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable treatment environment.
Performance Tracking & Accountability
- Monitor lead follow-up, new-client growth, memberships, and provider schedule opportunities.
- Track community partnerships and event activity.
- Maintain accurate reporting and communicate progress toward established goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively recommend solutions.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and consistently follow through without requiring repeated direction.
