Med Spa Front Desk

Aesthetic Harmony is a luxury med spa and wellness destination dedicated to providing advanced skincare, rejuvenating treatments, and exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a high energy and guest-focused Front Desk / Guest Coordinator to join our growing team. This unique role is perfect for someone who loves client interaction, social media marketing, and overall front end organization.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required

Schedule: Part time (no more than 20hr a week) Every Saturday (7:30am-2pm) and 1 or 2 weekday closing shifts (1pm-7pm)... room to grow with more hours in the future!

Duties:

• Welcome each guest with a warm, professional, and polished demeanor, creating a great first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client flow with precision and attention to detail
• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails with grace, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience
• Process payments, deposits, and memberships accurately
• Ensure all intake forms and treatment consents are completed prior to appointments
• Provide knowledgeable information on services, products, and current promotions
• Lead social media marketing through content creation and engagement
• Maintain an immaculate and inviting reception area reflective of our spa’s high standards
• Support providers by ensuring each guest’s visit runs smoothly from arrival to departure
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
• Assist with light administrative or marketing tasks to support daily operations and special events

Qualifications:

• Bubbly and client-focused personality
• Previous spa experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Professional, polished, and passionate about skincare and wellness
