Med Spa Operations Manager

Job Summary

Ush Medical Spa in North Potomac, Maryland is seeking an experienced operations manager to independently oversee daily business operations and build effective systems. This role includes developing Standard Operating Procedures, creating daily task checklists, supervising and training staff, ensuring accountability and improving operational efficiency. We need a proactive, solutions-driven leader who takes ownership, solves problems and supports business growth with minimal supervision.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of Ush Medical Spa and ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all administrative and operational activities.
• Create daily opening, closing, and employee task checklists.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate employees to ensure accountability and productivity.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and assigned responsibilities.
• Establish effective systems for workflow management, communication, and team coordination.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, client relations, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions independently.
• Provide regular performance reports and operational updates to the Founder and Managing Director. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
