Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
• Verify client information and assist with intake forms
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean, calm, and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with providers and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk, medical office, or spa experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer systems
• Sales or customer service experience
