About the Role:

As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including vital sign checks, maintaining accurate records, and administering medications. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. This is a full-time position working 1st and 2nd shifts, with a flexible schedule to ensure that our residents receive the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Perform routine checks on residents, including vital signs, skin integrity, and overall well-being
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and services

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Med Tech or related healthcare experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work 1st and 2nd shifts and flexible schedule as needed
