Our senior living community in Mountain Home is looking to grow our Swing and NOC Shift (2p-10p and 10p-6a) team. We are open to both full-time and part-time positions.

Having a medication assistance certification is preferable but we can assist in obtaining this.

This position pays up to $15.50 an hour DOE

About the Role:

As a Caregiver at Ashley Manor, youll be the friendly, compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose, connection, and growth in a supportive, small-home environment.

What Youll Do:

Assist with personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
Serve meals and help with feeding as needed
Support residents medication routines and monitor their well-being
Maintain a clean, safe, cozy living space
Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities
Keep accurate, thoughtful records to ensure quality care

Requirements (Must-Haves):

Age 18+(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check
Certified in First Aid, CPR
Able to lift ~35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement
High school diploma or equivalent
Have or obtain (first 45 days) Certified in Medication Assistance

Preferred (Nice-To-Have):

CNA certification or cooking experience for groups
Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience
Passion for enriching the lives of older adults
