Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Medication Pass Experience Required

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Safely and accurately administer medications according to established protocols
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Support residents, families, and team members with professionalism and compassion

Required Qualifications

• Current State of Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum one year of CNA experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living setting
• Previous medication pass experience REQUIRED
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
