If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about caring for older adults, we would love to meet you. As a Medication Technician, you will help residents stay safe and well by providing accurate medication support and compassionate daily care.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications in accordance with authorized orders, medication schedules, applicable regulations, and community procedures.
• Accurately document medication administration, refusals, omissions, and other required information in the medication record.
• Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, adverse reactions, or concerns and promptly report findings to the appropriate licensed clinical team member.
• Maintain proper storage, security, inventory control, and handling of medications and medication supplies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, pharmacies, healthcare providers, and community team members as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent, as required.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and medication safety.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a care team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous assisted living, memory care, longterm care, or related healthcare experience preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
