### **Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Med Tech to join our team in Creve Coeur, MO. The ideal candidate will administer medication to memory care residents. This role requires strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced memory care environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- Interpret medication protocol
- Administer medications to memory care residents.
- Make observations in change of resident conditions.
- Document medication administration.
- Communicate with family members regarding resident care issues.

### **Qualifications**

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience performing medication administration.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication skills and ability to document and report findings clearly.

### **Work Environment**

This position is based in a memory care setting in Creve Coeur, MO. The role involves standing for extended periods, handling biological specimens, and medicine admnistration.
