Milwaukee Media Group is hiring a driven, consultative sales professional to build advertising strategy for local businesses across Southeast Wisconsin.

First-year earnings: $70K–$120K+ (base + commission) | No cap for top performers

Location: Milwaukee, WI | In-market experience required | 1+ years B2B sales

What you'll actually do

You'll work directly with local business owners to build advertising campaigns that drive real, measurable outcomes — more website visits, more inbound calls, more booked appointments, more revenue. You're not pushing products. You're designing growth.

The toolkit: search marketing, paid social, targeted display, digital video, audio (radio + streaming), and audience retargeting, OTT and more. Your job is connecting those tools to business results — not just filling inventory.

Who thrives here

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience — SaaS, staffing, financial services, or professional services background preferred
• Competitive, self-motivated, and disciplined with pipeline management
• Confident presenting to business owners and decision-makers
• Coachable — you want feedback and you use it
• Believes advertising only works if it drives revenue
• Insatiably curious to learn and explore new technologies or methodologies
