MEDIA & CREATIVE EXECUTIVE

About the role

This role involves creating and managing creative content for a dialysis centre, including graphic design, copywriting, photography, videography and social media management across multiple platforms and languages.

Key responsibilities

• Create attractive graphic designs for social media, posters, banners, brochures and promotional materials
• Develop engaging copywriting and social media content in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for dialysis centre activities, events and campaigns
• Edit photos, short videos and Reels/TikTok-style content for digital platforms
• Plan and manage social media content and monthly content calendars
• Produce healthcare-related content, including dialysis services, kidney health awareness, patient education and CSR activities
• Ensure all content follows the organisation's branding, professionalism, patient confidentiality and consent requirements
• Support marketing, branding, recruitment and event-related creative requirements

About you

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing or related field
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
• Good photography and videography skills using a camera or smartphone
• Good copywriting skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok content creation
• Fresh graduates with a strong creative portfolio are encouraged to apply
