Media & Public Relations (ShopeePay)

• Plan and manage allocated media spaces, slots, and publication quotas across various products and marketing campaigns.
• Partner with media outlets and publishers to negotiate, secure, and optimize media deals, quota packages, and barter/sponsorship opportunities.
• Act as the point of contact for media partners and external publishers to foster long-term strategic alliances.
• Create and distribute high-impact press releases, media kits,  and media pitches tailored to different target audiences.
• Drive end-to-end execution of PR campaigns in alignment with campaign timelines.
• Maintain and expand relationships with media  journalists, editors, and KOLs.
• Identify prestigious industry awards and manage end-to-end entry processes to enhance corporate reputation.
• Produce PR performance reports, brand health tracking updates, and competitor analysis to guide future PR strategies.
• Develop reactive messaging, Q&As, and crisis communication protocols to manage potential risks or negative publicity swiftly.

Requirements:

• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Communication Arts, Business, or related fields
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skill and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Partnership management roles
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
