Media Buyer & Content Creator

About the role

Hands-on Media Buyer who also plans and creates the content, for two niches: fundraising and donations, and prize draws and giveaways. Both are restricted ad categories.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, test and scale campaigns on Meta (TikTok and Google a plus)
• Plan the content calendar and create the ads yourself (video, static, copy), testing new angles every week
• Own tracking: Pixel, CAPI, UTMs
• Keep ad accounts safe and fix rejections fast
• Weekly report: spend, CPA, ROAS, next steps

About you

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying
• $20K+ per month Meta spend managed, with proof
• Creates content himself: short video editing (CapCut or similar), static design (Canva or similar), ad copy and hooks
• Experience in donations, sweepstakes, raffles or other restricted niches
• Strong on Meta policy and account recovery
• Data driven, fluent English
• TikTok or Google Ads (nice to have)
• AI tools for video and image creation (nice to have)
