Role & responsibilities
- Create and manage Meta ad campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily
- Test new creatives, audiences, and ad angles
- Analyze key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, Booked Calls)
- Collaborate with funnel builders and copywriters
- Prepare weekly performance reports
- Identify scaling opportunities and troubleshoot issues
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience working with coaches, consultants, or info-product businesses
- Familiarity with CRM tools and funnel platforms
Requirements
- 1+ years of Meta Ads experience
- Experience with lead generation or appointment funnels
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
