Job Summary:
We're in the market for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow a founder-led personal brand. This is a strategic and hands-on role spanning lead generation, sales, email marketing, funnel optimization, paid ads oversight, and brand messaging. The right candidate thinks both strategically and operationally — able to keep the day-to-day growth systems running while feeding into the long-term vision of the brand. You bring strong sales instincts, excellent English communication, and the ability to write in an authentic, human brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and improve lead generation across organic social, paid media, and inbound enquiries, so no lead is missed
• Qualify and follow up on sales leads, and be on hand to speak with leads directly to move them through the sales process
• Build and fine-tune lead management workflows, funnels, and up-sell/down-sell pathways in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Run and improve email marketing flows, nurture sequences, and subscriber campaigns to build and hold onto a warm database
• Sharpen messaging and copy across funnels, emails, newsletters, landing pages, and social channels to match an authentic brand voice
• Own and steer Meta Ads strategy, using performance data to guide execution and scale what works
• Structure and fine-tune landing pages and conversion points using data and tools such as heat maps
• Line up lead generation and consistent messaging across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Back blog SEO, newsletter strategy, and broader brand development, including input on offers and courses
• Surface PR and partnership chances and work with the founder to set KPIs and support long-term growth planning

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management, funnels, and automation
• Strong email marketing skills, including nurture flows, segmentation, and campaign management
• Solid grasp of Meta Ads strategy and the ability to steer ad execution based on performance data
• Excellent copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to write in an authentic, human brand voice rather than generic AI-generated text
• Strong sales thinking and the ability to qualify and speak with leads directly
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication
• Comfortable using AI and analytics tools to support optimization without losing the human quality of the brand
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO and blog content optimization
• Experience with PR outreach, podcast pitching, or brand partnerships
• Able to contribute strategically to brand positioning, offers, and course development
• Familiarity with conversion tools such as heat maps and A/B testing
• Experience helping scale a growing business and develop KPIs
• Genuine interest in wellbeing, personal development, or purpose-driven work
• Able to run multiple projects and campaigns at once
