Media Content Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Media Content Officer to elevate our visual storytelling and digital presence. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our promotional materials, event announcements, and digital campaigns, leveraging both traditional multimedia software and cutting-edge AI tools. You will produce compelling video and graphic content that resonates with our expanding international network and visually supports our aggressive growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for social media, corporate events, incentive trip promotions, and training modules
• Design striking graphic assets, including e-posters, presentation decks, and marketing collateral to support our network's field methodologies and product campaigns
• Integrate generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or AI-driven video/audio enhancement software) into the creative workflow to increase output efficiency, generate innovative concepts, and streamline production
• Operate and maintain high proficiency in industry-standard creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) alongside agile editing applications (e.g., CapCut, Canva)
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all media strictly aligns with the company's brand identity, marketing strategies, and regional market nuances
• Manage the company's digital asset library, ensuring all media files, raw footage, and finalized graphics are systematically organized and accessible

About you

• 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design
• Strong working knowledge of multimedia production software and standard creative platforms
• Demonstrated practical capability in utilizing AI technologies for asset generation, visual enhancements, and workflow optimization
• A robust creative portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video and graphic design projects
• Highly self-motivated with a resilient, proactive mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple ongoing projects seamlessly, and deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines
