This established international agency is currently expanding their teams to ensure they continue to support a range of high profile clients across Europe.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced media professional to lead strategy, planning, investment, and team performance across a portfolio of major clients.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving media excellence, client growth, digital transformation, and operational performance across the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated media strategies across traditional, digital, and performance channels.
• Own media investment principles, budget allocation, and campaign effectiveness across a diverse client portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, media owners, agency partners, and internal teams.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of media planners and strategists.
• Drive innovation, digital maturity, and data-led decision making to improve business and client outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience within media agencies or large advertiser environments, spanning strategy, planning, buying, and client leadership.
• Proven experience managing significant media budgets and leading complex, multi-channel client portfolios.
• Strong leadership credentials with experience developing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English, with the ability to communicate complex media topics at executive level.
