What they need
- Create and manage content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Take and edit photos and videos of properties, events, and company activities.
- Develop creative content, captions, flyers, reels, and promotional materials.
- Manage the company’s social media pages and ensure regular posting.
- Promote available properties and real estate campaigns online.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track social media performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on social media trends and develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Maintain consistency with the company’s brand, logo, colours, and communication style.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support property sales.
- Cover company events and produce media content when required.
Pay: From ₦100,000.00 per month
