Media Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy Formulation: Define and deploy comprehensive omni-channel media strategies aligned with corporate growth targets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Sync with brand teams to create content that drives talkability and maximize engagement
• Agency Management: Direct the external media buying agency, ensuring accurate execution of media briefs and optimal ad placement.
• Campaign and Budget Optimization: Analyze data metrics and KPIs to measure performance, generating actionable reports to scale campaign success. Continuously shift funds to high-performing platforms to maximize ROI.
• Media Buying & Relations: Negotiate placement rates and manage vendor relations across advertising platforms to optimize budget efficiency
• Performance Analysis: Analyze cross-platform campaign data to uncover trends, identify inefficiencies, and track key metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working inside a media buying agency or digital marketing agency
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of programmatic buying, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tiktok and traditional media buying models.
• Attribution Modeling: Strong command of multi-touch attribution frameworks and media mix modeling (MMM).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business actions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing investments and driving measurable business outcomes through digital platforms
