Media Performance Associate Manager - Ecommerce

Job Summary

Role: Media Performance Associate Manager (Commerce).

Responsible for managing media performance across e-commerce platforms with a focus on campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and insight development.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge or expertise in any of the E-Commerce Platforms on Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, Shopee
• Hands on experience with campaign setup and optimisation
• Creation of reports and analysis followed by insight sharing on campaign performance and troubleshooting
• Work with peers to provide Search recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives
• Traffic all creatives into platform and set up campaigns prior to launch date
• Navigate through variety of third-party systems to complete monthly billing documentation
• Support the team on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPIs
• Maintaining daily pacing reports, weekly and monthly performance reports post campaign analysis reports
• MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, PowerBI Presentations
• Supporting the team on MBRs, QBRs annual reviews
• Prepare client reports and provide insights and recommendations
• Logical and analytical approach while interpreting the numbers

Qualifications

• Any graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or relevant field would be preferred)
• 2 to 4 Years of experience in Biddable media
• Strong knowledge in various E-Commerce Platforms on Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, Shopee
• Automation knowledge is a plus
