We are looking for a positive and motivated individual to join our Brisbane team as a Media Planner and Buyer.

You will ideally have minimum 2-3 years' experience within the industry, and have confidence using industry software such as SMD and Roy Morgan. Proven experience trading across multiple media formats will be highly regarded.

Your role would be within a team servicing some of Australia's most recognised retail brands.  Under the guidance of our Media Director and Account Managers, your contribution would focus on planning, buying and monitoring media campaigns for our national clients.

• Accurately trade and buy across various media, including TV, OOH, Digital Publishers and Audio.
• Assist in developing the media plan and recommendation to client
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure material instructions, administration and financial bookings are all accurate, working within your team and with the support of a media coordinator.
• Participate in client or supplier meetings to obtain a cohesive and top level understanding of client business and media market

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the media industry.
• Strong relationship building skills & communication skills
• Negotiating skills to ensure client and agency buying positions are maximized
• Ensures consistently high quality & presentation of work.
• Consistently meets multiple deadlines and targets
• Willingly learns and applies new concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with high volume of data
• Agile thinker and ability to work independently and in a team environment
