About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Media Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with media outlets, managing press communications, and driving positive media coverage to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective media relations strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and official statements.
• Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media events.
• Prepare spokespersons and executives for media engagements.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports.
• Respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support crisis communication planning and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize media exposure for campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for media coverage, thought leadership, and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Media Relations, Public Relations, or Corporate Communications.
• Strong network of media contacts is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have a valid UAE residence visa (own visa).
• Must be available to join immediately.
