What they need
Stealth Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading consulting firm on the New York State Department of Health’s Medicaid modernization program, one of the largest Medicaid transformations in the country. The engagement is funded through mid-2029, with additional phases expected after that.
We’re building a bench of hands-on Medicaid systems talent for specific roles that open throughout the year.
This is not a management role. The team is looking for the people who actually built the systems: the analyst who wrote the eligibility rules, the developer who built the interface that sends enrollment data to the MMIS, the person who knows how notices get generated.
What you’ll work on
Eligibility and enrollment: core eligibility engine logic, MAGI / Non-MAGI rules, renewals
Interfaces: designing, specifying or building data exchanges between eligibility systems, the MMIS and external partners
Business rules: documenting, configuring or validating rules, including long-term care and managed care enrollment
Notices: requirements, templates and generation logic for member notices
Data: mapping, conversion and validation across legacy and modernized systems
What we’re looking for
5+ years hands-on on Medicaid or MMIS systems in a BA, systems analyst, developer or technical analyst role
Direct experience building, configuring or specifying eligibility, enrollment, interfaces, notices or business rules
Experience with eMedNY, NY State of Health (NYSOH), WMS or other New York State systems is a strong plus
Experience with other state Medicaid or integrated eligibility systems is welcome
X12 EDI (834, 270/271, 837), SQL or data mapping experience is a plus
Based in the Albany area, or able to be onsite Tuesday to Thursday
Why apply
Long-term work on a high-profile, multi-year program
Roles open regularly, so we can match you to the right fit, not just the first opening
A recruiting partner who screens carefully and only brings you roles that match your background
To apply: Send your resume and a short note on the Medicaid system you’ve worked on and what you personally built or owned.
Other offers great for you!
