Medical Administrator / Receptionist – Fixed-Term (12 Months)

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team at Murihiku Medical Services for 12 months from 1st October 2026 to 1st October 2027.

This is a full-time fixed term contract for someone who is confident, capable, and ready to take ownership of their work.

This is not your average reception role! You’ll be part of a high-functioning practice where reception plays a critical role in patient care, workflow, and overall clinic performance.

Eligibility:

• Is eligible to work in New Zealand
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Is well-organised, efficient, and has strong attention to detail
• Can multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience with Microsoft Office and is comfortable with Apple/Mac systems
• Is a fast learner and a collaborative team player
• Is patient-focused and demonstrates a high level of professionalism
• Holds a full driver’s license
