Medical Aesthetic Practitioner

Job Summary

We are a well-established medical aesthetics clinic based in Central London, serving a predominantly Chinese and Asian client base.

We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetic Practitioner / Aesthetic Injector to join our team on a part-time, full-time, or freelance basis.

Applicants must be currently registered with either the NMC or GMC. This is a mandatory requirement.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in aesthetic injectables and be confident in independently performing treatments including dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections.

A strong understanding of Asian facial aesthetics, facial proportions and beauty preferences is highly desirable, as the majority of our clients are from Chinese and Asian backgrounds.

Patient safety, ethical practice, professionalism and delivering natural, high-quality results are essential to this role.

This position is intended for experienced registered medical professionals. We are not currently accepting trainees or entry-level applicants.

Requirements

• Current NMC or GMC registration – mandatory
• Proven experience in aesthetic injectables
• Confident performing dermal fillers independently
• Confident performing anti-wrinkle treatments independently
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and patient safety
• Good understanding of Asian facial aesthetics and beauty preferences
• Professional, responsible and client-focused
• Chinese/Mandarin language skills would be highly advantageous, but are not essential

Working Hours

Typical working hours are 11:30am–7:30pm, with flexibility available.

Pay Structure

We offer a flexible compensation structure depending on experience:

• Hourly rate + commission; or
• Percentage-based commission per treatment

Compensation will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, skills and availability.
