Medical Aesthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled, licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our premier clinical skincare team. In this role, you will perform advanced, non-invasive cosmetic procedures and design bespoke, results-driven treatment plans to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Operating under medical supervision, you will blend technical precision with an exceptional, client-centric luxury experience. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of skin anatomy, advanced energy-based modalities, and medical-grade skincare formulations.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and medical history reviews to evaluate contraindications and safely customize patient treatment plans.
• Perform a range of high-level aesthetic procedures including skin tightening, microneedling /RF, laser hair removal, and IPL photofacials.
• Administer advanced chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and specialized facials.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure protocols, manage healing expectations, and design tailored medical-grade homecare regimens.
• Maintain strict sterilization, hygiene, and clinical safety standards across all treatment rooms and device workstations.
• Document detailed treatment notes, device settings, skin reactions, and patient progress within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Drive clinic growth through retail sales of medical-grade skincare lines and strategic cross-referrals to our medical injectors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified Medical Aesthetician
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience performing advanced clinical skincare treatments in a medical spa or dermatology environment.
• Certified in laser safety from a recognized training institution.
• Strong baseline understanding of the anatomy and physiology of skin layers, Fitzpatrick skin typing, and wound healing.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills with a proven track record of patient retention.
