About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Medical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist doctors and clinic staff in providing quality patient care while ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
• Perform basic clinical duties such as taking patients’ vital signs, blood pressure, temperature, pulse and other necessary measurements.
• Assist with blood taking, injections, wound dressing and other clinical procedures as required.
• Register patients, manage appointments and assist with patient enquiries.
• Prepare and maintain consultation rooms, medical equipment and supplies.
• Handle medication preparation and dispensing under the direction of the doctor.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate updating of patient records.
• Assist with health screening and other preventive healthcare services.
• Monitor and maintain adequate medical supplies and clinic inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and infection-control standards within the clinic.
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients.
• Support the clinic team with other administrative and operational duties when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Medical Assistant or relevant healthcare qualification.
• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willing to work according to the clinic's operating hours and schedule.
