What they need
- Register and manage patients professionally.
- Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
- Take and record patients’ vital signs and medical history.
- Perform basic clinical procedures within the scope of training.
- Assist with blood taking, injections, wound care, and other procedures.
- Prepare consultation rooms, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Manage and submit panel claims accurately and promptly.
- Handle patient records, documentation, and billing.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and patient enquiries.
- Monitor medical supplies and check expiry dates.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and infection-control standards.
- Provide professional and friendly patient care.
- Follow clinic SOPs, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Doctor, Manager, or PIC.
