We are Growing Rheumatology practice in Central Pennsylvania focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a unique opportunity to join a practice at an early stage and grow with it over time.

Position Overview

This is a Full time position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Medical Assistant (MA) to support our clinic operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a physician, values continuity of care, and is interested in rheumatology.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient check-in and intake
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Prepare patients for physician evaluation
• Assist with clinic flow and room turnover
• Taking phone calls when the physician is not seeing patients
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant (required)
• Experience in rheumatology or a related specialty (highly preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a small practice setting
• Comfortable in a dynamic, growing clinic environment

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
