What You'll Do

Our Medical Assistants play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting providers with patient care
• Preparing patients for examinations
• Obtaining and documenting vital signs and medical histories
• Performing routine clinical tasks within scope of practice
• Assisting with procedures
• Preparing examination rooms and maintaining clinical supplies
• Supporting providers and the clinical team throughout the patient visit
• Communicating professionally and compassionately with patients
• Maintaining accurate and timely medical records
• Following practice policies and clinical protocols
• Working collaboratively with providers, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team

What We're Looking ForRequired:

• Medical Assistant Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and dependability

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to patient privacy and quality patient care

Preferred:

• Previous OB/GYN or women's health experience
• Previous experience in a busy medical practice
• Spanish-speaking skills
• Experience with electronic medical records
