We are seeking two Medical Assistants to join our growing team in Lewes and Millville! One will be permanent at the Lewes office and one will float to our Millville office when needed and eventually will be full time in Millville.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with patients to gather preliminary information for appointments (Patient medical history, medications, obtain manual blood pressure, perform EKG's, etc.).
• Provide assistance and support to providers with patient exams and procedures.
• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Assist with medication refills.
• Escort patients to and from exam rooms; prep exam rooms.
• Cross train in other duties as directed by manager.

​Qualifications:

• CMA or CNA certification required
• Previous experience working as a medical assistant
• Familiarity with cardiac medication a plus
• Strong communication ability and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
