Duties

• Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories, and medication reconciliation
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for patient visits
• Manage electronic health records (EHR system- Drchrono )ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters, medical records, and procedural notes
• Support medical office management by scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries with excellent service
• Conduct basic physiology and anatomy assessments to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Skills
• Proven experience in medical office settings with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and ICD coding
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management tools
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse populations
• Ability to perform clinical tasks such as intake procedures
• Spanish

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
