Medical Assistant – Forj Health | Salt Lake City, UT (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Forj is a premium health optimization clinic launching in Holladay this fall. We're hiring multiple Medical Assistants to join our team at our Holladay location. This is a hybrid clinical and front-of-house role — you'll support patient care while also managing the front desk and day-to-day clinic operations.

What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients, manage scheduling, and handle front desk operations
• Assist providers with patient intake, vital signs, and in-clinic lab procedures
• Administer injections and assist with point-of-care testing
• Draw blood for in-clinic and send-out lab work
• Manage patient communications and follow-ups
• Handle inventory, supply ordering, and general clinic administrative tasks
• Represent the Forj brand with professionalism and discretion at every patient touchpoint

What we're looking for

• Prior medical assistant or clinical support experience required
• Injection experience strongly preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• CMA or RMA certification a plus, but not required
• Warm, polished, and comfortable in a patient-facing role — you're often the first and last impression
• Professional and discreet with sensitive health information
• Thrives in a small team, startup environment where no two days are identical
