Medical Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of patient care. Duties

• Assist healthcare provider with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and medical histories.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with patient intake processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant is required.
• Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential.
• Familiarity with Primary Care practices and procedures is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
