Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. We are pain clinic. If you have experience in a personal injury setting it is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level II trauma center to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care instructions as directed by healthcare providers.
- Blood draw experience is a plus
