Medical Assistant

A busy pediatric medical practice, located in West Haven is looking for a medical assistant:

• Job responsibilities:

• Recording medical history

• Prepare patient for examinations

• Performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; reporting patient history summary

• Collecting and preparing laboratory specimen

• Performing basic laboratory tests

• Drawing blood

• Secures patient information and maintains patient confidentiality

• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock and placing orders

This would be a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing confidential and professional customer service to patients in a growing practice.
