Join our dynamic plastic surgery team as a reliable, enthusiastic Medical Assistant, where you will play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical support, assist with medical procedures, and ensure smooth administrative workflows within a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and ensuring their comfort.
• Assist healthcare providers during procedures by setting up equipment, handing instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of patient interactions, medical records, and billing information.
• Support patient intake processes by verifying insurance details, updating medical histories, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and medical supplies to uphold safety standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management; familiarity with EMR/EHR documentation standards is essential.
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately across diverse populations.
• Ability to perform clinical procedures such as medication administration, vital signs measurement, and intake assessments accurately.
• Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese language proficiency preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
