What they need
Medical Assistant/Front Desk for private medical clinic
Part time to Full time position 20-40 hrs, 4-5 days/week Mon-Fri.
Pay: $20-25/hour
Required skills: exceptionally organized, quick learner, meticulously detail oriented, strong work ethic, consistent with attendance.
Experience:
We are looking for an individual who is interested in all aspects of medical assistance/front desk: scheduling patients for follow-up appointments, knowledge of EHR/EMR, knowledge of the prior authorization procedure for individual insurance companies, checking in and checking out patients, collecting co pays, assisting physician with minor procedures and use of x-rays.
A calm, courteous, and respectful demeanor with patients is vital. Must take responsibility for your position and be a dedicated, hard working individual. Consistent and reliable attendance desired.
Prior references are needed.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
