Medical Assistant – Pain Management & Interventional Spine Practice

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing pain management and interventional spine practice.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Four-day work week

Pay

• Starting at $20/hour
• Compensation based on experience

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Collect and document patient intake information
• Check patients in and assist with front office workflow
• Make patient phone calls regarding appointments, follow-up care, and clinical communication
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care
• Administer injections as directed by providers
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Help ensure efficient clinic flow and excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• Prior medical assistant experience preferred
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Healow preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical setting
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who works well with physicians, staff, and patients

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
