Our busy Pain Management Clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant with strong back-office skills and phlebotomy experience to join our team. We specialize in personal injury cases and frequently perform stem cell injections, so attention to detail and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full back-office duties
• Blood draws / venipuncture
• Assist with procedures and injections
• Room patients and obtain vitals
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile environment
• Charting and documentation in EHR
• Specimen handling and processing
• Support providers during procedures
• Ensure patient comfort and safety

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (required)
• Completion of Phlebotomy School
• Phlebotomy License/Certification (preferred)
• Proven experience with blood draws
• Knowledge of back-office workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience:

• Pain management or personal injury setting
• Experience with injections or procedural assistance
• Familiarity with EHR systems
