Schedule: Full-time; Saturdays and occasional overtime required

About the Role

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and bilingual Medical Assistant to support our physicians and care team across multiple office locations. This position combines patient-facing care with front-office responsibilities in a busy medical practice.

The right candidate is comfortable using computers, handling a high volume of phone calls, traveling between office locations, and adapting to changing needs. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and wants to grow with the practice.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, check them in, and help create a respectful, positive experience.
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and schedule or confirm appointments.
• Complete patient medical intakes and accurately enter information into the electronic record.
• Assist the physician during patient visits and provide translation support when needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and coworkers.
• Travel to different office locations as assigned.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-focused clinic.
• Follow office procedures and protect patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Associate degree or higher.
• Completion of medical vocational training.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn electronic health record and scheduling systems.
• Clear, professional communication and strong customer-service skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations.
• Availability to work Saturdays and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Prior medical assistant or clinical office experience is preferred.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
