Duties

• Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, recording vital signs, and updating electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) accurately
• Prepare examination rooms and assist providers during dermatology, internal medicine and urgent care procedures
• Perform phlebotomy and medication administration under supervision, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and follow-up communications to optimize clinic efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas while adhering to infection control protocols

Skills

• Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations
• Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology to support accurate documentation and patient care
• Experience with medical assisting tasks such as vital signs measurement, intake procedures, phlebotomy, medication administration, and medical documentation

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
