About Us:

We are looking for a Medical Assistant team member to join our Plano team. This person should be dynamic, motivated & dependable individual to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate and integrated care to our patients while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Position Overview:

Our Medical Assistants are versatile and fully trained in care coordination, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Spravato therapy. This role is one of the most desirable and important positions within our support staff, offering a unique opportunity to expand your skills and contribute to a positive healthcare environment. We are looking for a full-time team member who is driven, charismatic & dependable. Hours would be Tuesday to Saturday 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care including checking patients in, collecting vital signs, and preparing patients for Spravato and TMS treatment.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain patient charts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between providers and patients.
• Handle financial aspects such as collecting payments and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a medical secretary or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with medical office management systems and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
