What they need
Boutique OBGYN practice in Winter Park seeking an experienced and fast-paced Medical Assistant for a rapidly growing practice with 2 Physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners. Experience with Athena EMR preferred. Minimum of 1 year OBGYN experience preferred. Work in a collaborative team environment with excellent patient clientele!
Responsibilities include:
obtain thorough and accurate patient intake and vitals
clean, prepare, and stock exam rooms
prepare for and assist with in-office procedures
sterilize medical equipment
collect and process lab specimens (including phlebotomy)
respond to patient inquires/phone calls
review results and triage as needed
Must be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy office with a very popular physician. We strive for 5-star service to all patients/families. Expect supportive staff and an approachable management team. Come join our "family"!
Schedule will be Tuesday through Thursday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
