  • Perform routine equipment readiness checks and report equipment or safety concerns.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of clinical and treatment supplies.
  • Complete required TMS equipment training, competency assessments, safety training, HIPAA training, and continuing education.

Patient Safety & Documentation

The Medical Assistant / TMS Technician is responsible for following established screening and safety procedures and ensuring treatment is provided to the correct patient according to the provider-approved protocol.

The employee must promptly notify the supervising provider of significant medical or medication changes, neurological concerns, new implanted devices, pregnancy concerns, seizure-related concerns, unexpected reactions, significant discomfort, changes in mental status, or medical emergencies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Ability to follow clinical protocols and provider instructions consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
