What Our Fast-Paced OB/GYN Practice Is Looking For in an Exceptional Medical Assistant:

• Clinically Grounded: You develop a deep understanding of OB/GYN workflows, patient needs, and provider preferences. You anticipate next steps, prepare rooms and patients efficiently, and ensure providers have what they need to deliver safe, high-quality care without disruption.
• Accountable and Reliable: You take ownership of your role, follow through on responsibilities, and hold yourself to the highest professional standards. You are dependable, organized, and committed to accuracy in documentation, patient intake, and clinical support.
• A Strong Communicator: You communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately with patients, providers, and colleagues. You help patients feel comfortable and informed while ensuring seamless coordination across the care team.
• Collaborative: You are a true team player who contributes positively to clinic culture. You support providers and colleagues proactively, step in where needed, and help maintain smooth, efficient daily operations.
• Adaptable and Proactive: Resourceful and solutions-oriented, you remain calm under pressure, adjust quickly to schedule changes, and take initiative to keep clinic flow on track.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
