Join our new clinic as a Medical Assistant/Receptionist, where you'll be at the forefront of patient care and administrative excellence. This vital role combines clinical support with front-office responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers alike. You will engage in a variety of tasks, from managing patient intake and vital signs to maintaining accurate medical records and supporting clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth check-in processes using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and current medications to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
• Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and basic procedures
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and follow-up communications to optimize clinic operations
• Maintain detailed medical documentation, including ICD coding, medical records management, and accurate charting of patient encounters
• Support inpatient and outpatient care activities across various specialties including dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, geriatrics, and medical-surgical units
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations by accurately documenting procedures and updating electronic health records (EHR/EMR)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
