We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Medical Assistant (MA) to join our healthcare team for a Flex/Cross-Trained Front & Clinical Position

Royal Oak Pediatric Associates is seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Medical Assistant for a unique flex position within our pediatric office.

This position is designed for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working in both the clinical/back office and front office. The successful candidate will be cross-trained in both areas and will be assigned where needed based on daily staffing, patient volume, and the needs of the practice.

Clinical duties may include: Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs Preparing patients for provider visits Assisting providers and nursing staff Administering vaccines and performing other clinical duties within training and scope Completing clinical documentation and related tasks

Front-office duties may include: Checking patients in and out Scheduling appointments Answering phones and assisting families Collecting payments Managing records, forms, and other administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who: Is genuinely comfortable working in both front and back office roles Is dependable and has excellent attendance Is friendly and professional with children, parents, and coworkers Can adapt quickly when office needs change Works well as part of a team and is willing to help wherever needed Is organized and able to multitask in a busy pediatric practice

Medical assistant training/certification and previous medical-office experience are preferred. Pediatric experience is a plus.

Important: This is intentionally a cross-trained flex position. Applicants should be interested in both administrative and clinical responsibilities, rather than seeking an exclusively clinical/back-office position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
