Medical Assistant – Revive Primary Care & Med Spa

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their clinical skills, works well on a team, and is committed to creating a positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients, record vitals, and prepare them for provider visits
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments as needed
• Accurately document in eClinicalWorks (ECW), including patient histories, vitals, and treatment notes
• Perform phlebotomy, administer injections, and conduct point-of-care testing
• Manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient visits
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment
• Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Assist with front office tasks when needed, such as scheduling or benefits verification
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) preferred
• Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) strongly preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (primary care preferred)
• Phlebotomy and injection experience required
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and patient service abilities
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented attitude
